Beautiful World DVD, Face Down & Your Eyes LEs

Since they had so many releases in such a short time, I had my copy of Face Down shipped together with the Beautiful World Tour DVD, and my copy of Your Eyes together with One Ok Rock's Zankyo Reference DVD. Which meant I received my items later than usual, but I didn't mind. I've already watched the Beautiful World DVD several times over since the leak, of course, but the singles - I'm afraid I've only looked through the booklets. Also I watched the Face Down PV, but... that's about it. I love that they've had three singles out this year and all, but what I'm really waiting for is their next album. Greedy, that be my name.

AU Nov11-Jan12, and AU Hikari Pamphlets

First of all, thank you Kishiko for taking the time to get me the pamphlets, and to even hunt down a copy of Meikyu Love Song for me! I really, really appreciate it.

Second - aren't they just gorgeous here? I really need to get on with flailing over the new AU cms. XD

迷宮ラブソング PV + single

The first time I heard "Meikyu Love Song", I thought, hmm, okay. And that was it. I didn't have a strongly negative reaction, like a lot of people on tumblr seem to, but I wasn't all flail-y and saying it's their best song ever, either. It was a very typically Arashi song to me. It sounded like something they'd sing, definitely. Then, because it happens to be in my playlist, I heard it again. And again. And again. And I realise that I've been singing or humming it to myself while working, while waiting in line, while in the elevator, etc. It's completely stuck in my head, and the more I listen to it, the fonder of it I become.

Like Salwa had said, it's the new "Love Rainbow". Since that's how I felt when the Love Rainbowsingle first came out, too.

As for the rest of the single - I had bought the LE, which includes the PV and a pretty awesome booklet, so - no regrets. Even if the RE is practically like a mini-album of sorts, with all the extra songs. (Anyway, I plan to buy the RE next time I'm in Japan, where it'll be cheaper than purchasing it here. This is one of those singles that are worth having in both versions.) I don't dislike the coupling song for the LE, "Kienu Omoi", but it didn't really wow me, either. I downloaded the RE to give the extra songs a listen, and  together, forever is nicer than "Kienu Omoi", "Utakata" is so-so, while I absolutely loved the intro to "Wanna be".

stuff bought (not so) recently

Since I haven't posted anything on my typepad for the last couple of months, here are pics of things I've recently got during that time :D

Actually I love totes in general, and Arashi totes are just <3 of course! 

DVD of Aiba's pornbutai "Kimi to Miru Sen no Yume", which is beautiful. Love it!
And Lotus LE, which I've yet to open, since I downloaded it before receiving my copy. ^^;;

Android AU pamphlet/booklet.
Usually I don't buy them, but I made an exception for this.
Because I love the CMs so much. And this booklet is gorgeous.
Also the Arashi Meets Manga special from Asahi Shimbun, which, of course, is a must have.
Because I love the manga listed almost as much, or more, than I love Arashi.
